  • Pay Equity Study

During 2024, pay equity is the meaningful change that we want to advance with collective micro-action. Please take five (5) minutes to answer a few anonymous questions about pay in your industry that will help us advocate for change (e.g., transparent ranges; third-party audits). Study results will be shared with participants, to learn how their pay compares to others in their industry, state, and role.
